Fields and groups of your own

Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.

Flok starts with the fields every club needs. Yours needs others — a shirt size, a licence number, which Riege somebody trains with.

Under Settings → Members you add fields: text, number, date, a dropdown, or a checkbox. They appear on every member’s page, in the import, and in exports.

A dropdown is worth the extra minute over free text. “Riege” typed by four people over three years becomes four different spellings and no useful list.

Some people do not pay for themselves. A firm sponsors four employees; a household pays one family rate for five.

Under Companies you create the group, give it the rate that covers it, and add its people. The group is invoiced once. The members it covers are not invoiced personally — Flok leaves them out, so nobody gets a bill for something their employer already paid.

Each person stays a full member: their own page, their own tickets, their own place in the directory. Only the money is pooled.

Tags are for everything that is not a rate and not a field: Vorstand, Freiwillige, Jugend, Neu. Give somebody several, filter the list by them, and send a newsletter to exactly that group.

Use a tag when the answer changes often, and a field when it is a fact about the person.
