After the event

Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.

The hour after an event is the only time anyone will read an email about it. Flok keeps who actually came, so you can write to exactly the right people.

On the event, open its messages and compose one. Then choose who gets it:

Recipients Who that is
Attended The people you checked in
All ticket buyers Everybody who bought, including the no-shows
No-shows only Bought a ticket and never arrived

Those are three genuinely different messages. “Thanks for coming” to somebody who did not is the kind of small wrongness members remember.

You set the from name — “Vorstand” rather than a person — and a reply-to address, so answers reach the committee inbox and not whoever happened to send it.

Attendance stays attached to the event. Next year you will know how many came, not how many said they would — which is the number that tells you how much food to order.

Export attendees gives you the list as a file, and you choose the columns — including any custom fields you added to the booking form. Useful for a licence body, an insurer, or a caterer who wants names.

The event’s public page stays up. It is a fine thing to link from a newsletter — photos, a thank-you, next year’s date — rather than letting the page go dark the moment the doors close.
