Every email Flok sends, in your words

Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.

Your members receive mail from Flok: a ticket confirmation, an invoice, a welcome when they join, a reminder. By default it is written in plain, neutral language.

Settings → Correspondence shows you every one of them in a single list, each with a note on when it goes out. Not a sample — the actual set.

If a member asks “why did I get this?”, you should be able to answer. A club cannot be expected to explain wording it has no way to change — so every email a member receives is editable by you.

Open it and write your own text, in each of your club’s languages. You can add your own paragraphs around the parts that make the email work.

Preview shows it exactly as your members will see it. Send yourself a test before you call it done.

Set the sender name and a reply-to address, so answers reach the committee inbox rather than whoever happens to be in the settings screen.

A club that sets “Vorstand TV Musterhausen” with a real reply address gets noticeably fewer “is this real?” questions than one sending as Flok.

The sign-in code a member gets when logging in, and password resets, come from the sign-in system itself and are not editable. They are deliberately plain, short, and identical for everyone — which is part of why they are trusted.
