Your Flok plan
Subscription shows the plan your club is on, what it includes, how much of it you are using, and when it renews.
The limits that matter
Section titled “The limits that matter”Plans differ mostly in how many members and how many events a year they allow, and in which features are included.
Flok tells you when you are near a limit rather than after you have hit it — adding the member who would be one too many fails with an explanation, not a shrug.
Features that come with a plan
Section titled “Features that come with a plan”Some things are not on every plan:
- Finances — the books, on Verein and Verband
- The member directory — on Verein and Verband
- Newsletter allowances differ by plan
If something in this manual is missing from your Flok, this is the first place to look.
Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”From this screen. The change takes effect for your club immediately; the billing follows your renewal date.
Flok’s own invoices
Section titled “Flok’s own invoices”Separate from the invoices you send your members, and they do not appear in your club’s books. If your club keeps books in Flok, Flok’s own subscription is an ordinary expense you book like any other — nobody books it for you.
