The overview screen
Overview is what you land on. It is a summary, not a to-do list — nothing here is waiting for you.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”- How many members you have, and how that has moved
- Joins and leavers over the period you choose
- Events coming up and how they are selling
- A breakdown of your membership types
The timeframe at the top changes everything below it. Most clubs look at the year; during a membership drive, the month is more useful.
What to do with it
Section titled “What to do with it”Three things are worth a glance each month:
- Leavers. A number that creeps up is the earliest warning a club gets, and it is always cheaper to ask people why now than to notice in March.
- Members without an email address. Those people get nothing you send, ever.
- Events selling slowly. There is still time to put them in a newsletter.
What not to read into it
Section titled “What not to read into it”It counts what is in Flok. If half your club is not in Flok yet, the overview is describing your import rather than your club — which is the usual explanation for a number that looks wrong in the first month.
