Send from your own address
By default, Flok’s mail to your members goes out through Flok’s sending domain. It arrives, but the small print in the header says Flok.
Sending as info@yourclub.ch is better for two reasons: it looks like the club, and
mail from a domain you have proved you own is less likely to be filtered.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”A domain your club already owns, and whoever can add DNS records for it — often the same person who set up the website.
Doing it
Section titled “Doing it”Under Settings → Newsletter, add your domain. Flok shows you a short list of DNS records to create. Add them with your domain provider, come back, and verify.
Verification is not instant — DNS changes take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to be visible. Nothing is broken while you wait.
Once it is verified
Section titled “Once it is verified”Newsletters and club mail go out as your address, and replies come back to you.
Keeping it working
Section titled “Keeping it working”Leave the records in place. If somebody tidies up your DNS a year from now and removes them, sending quietly falls back — and the first sign is usually a member saying your newsletter went to spam.
