Your own account
Deze inhoud is nog niet vertaald.
Profile is about you rather than about the club. If you help run two clubs, this follows you between them.
Name and picture
Section titled “Name and picture”Your display name is what other committee members see next to things you did — in the audit log, on entries in the books, on newsletters you sent. Use the name your committee would recognise.
A picture is optional and makes those lists easier to read at a glance.
Your language
Section titled “Your language”Your own interface language, independent of the club’s default. A German-speaking treasurer in a French-speaking club can work in German while everything the members receive stays French.
Signing in without a password
Section titled “Signing in without a password”You can add a passkey — your fingerprint, your face, or your laptop’s own unlock — and sign in with that instead of waiting for a code in your email.
It is worth the thirty seconds. It is faster every single time afterwards, and it cannot be phished, forgotten or reused from another site.
You can remove a passkey at any time — do that when you replace a device.
Leaving a committee
Section titled “Leaving a committee”Nobody deletes your account when you step down. Your access to that club is removed and your account remains yours, which matters when you are in two clubs or join another next year.
