Take payments — Stripe or Payrexx
Deze inhoud is nog niet vertaald.
Flok does not hold your money. You connect your club’s own payment account, and what people pay lands in your bank — not in ours, and not via us.
Choosing one
Section titled “Choosing one”Under Settings → Financial settings, pick Stripe or Payrexx.
| Worth knowing | |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Available everywhere, straightforward to open |
| Payrexx | Swiss, and the easy route to TWINT — which for many Swiss clubs is the method members actually want |
You can only have one active at a time. Most clubs here choose Payrexx for TWINT.
Connecting it
Section titled “Connecting it”You paste keys from your provider’s own dashboard. Flok stores them encrypted and they are never shown back to you in full — only enough to recognise which account is connected.
Each provider also needs a webhook, which is how your provider tells Flok that money has arrived. Flok shows you the exact address to paste. Without it, payments succeed and Flok never finds out, so the invoice stays open and the member gets a reminder they do not deserve.
What it switches on
Section titled “What it switches on”Once connected:
- invoices carry a payment link, so a member can pay from their phone
- event tickets can be sold on the public page
- walk-ins at the door can pay by QR instead of cash
- payments book themselves into your accounts if you keep books in Flok
Without a provider
Section titled “Without a provider”Everything still works. Invoices become documents with your bank details, tickets are reserved rather than bought, and the door takes cash. Plenty of clubs run this way for years.
