New members usually arrive as an email to whoever answers the club address, and get typed in by hand. This replaces that.
Pick a way in
Section titled “Pick a way in”Flok’s own form. Ready to use. Share it as a link or a QR code — on a flyer, at a tournament — or drop two lines of code into your own website. You choose which fields it shows and which are required, and it opens in your club’s language with the others one click away.
Your existing form. Already have one on your website? Connect it by webhook — WordPress, Typeform, Tally, Jotform and Zapier all work — and match its fields to Flok’s once.
An email. If your form can only send email, forward it to your club’s own Flok address. Flok reads the fields out of the message and files the application.
The queue
Section titled “The queue”Everything lands in the same place: Members → Applications.
For each one you can check and correct the details, ask the applicant a question by email, and then either approve it — which creates the member — or merge it with somebody already on your list.
Bots and nonsense
Section titled “Bots and nonsense”Applicants confirm their email address, and repeated or automated signups are held back before they reach your queue. You should not have to moderate a form you put on a public website.
What happens after you approve
Section titled “What happens after you approve”The person becomes a member like any other: assign their rate, invoice them, and they can sign in to the portal to keep their own details current.
